Yesturday night, a thunderstorm came quickly and left just as quick. The weather for July has been really really hot. Well, that's what the woman on the Weather Network said. I hardly perspired at all this summer. Not a single drop of sweat. To tell you the truth, I sit at home with my winter robe on. I've been very chill this summer. My skin is pale white. The type that is drained of blood. I haven't been in the sun ever since my Washington trip way back in April.
My mom won't let me out in the sun unless I'm protected by an umbrella, a huge hat, or the roof of a car or building. Having sensitive skin doesn't help either. I still remember back in high school, I would go to Canada's Wonderland with my friends and stay in the sun for the entire day. But now that I have this new practice, I feel like it burns a little when the sun hits my skin. I'm starting to believe that I have to avoid the sun.
Being porcelain white is the new fad now right? I mean with the hype of those vampire shows and movie---ahahas I'm kidding. Seriously now. There's so many different kinds of whitening cream on the shelves of beauty shops. There is a new Korean product called the BB cream. Supposedly, a magical cream that will even out your skin tone, clear all your blemishes away and give you a nice white glow. Sometimes you notice it in pictures. Especially when there happens to be flash on. The girl will have a face that is mmm slightly 3 tones lighter than their necklines. Like a light white mask on. But I know some girls really make it work. I would love to try some. However, I'm afraid it has salicylic acid or something of that type that I'm sensitive to.
Anyways, avoiding the sun's ray can prevent premature skin aging. Which is something dry skin people have to watch out for aka me. You might think I'm crazy cause I'm only 19. I guess I am. I love my skin.
P.S I get my vitamin d from my love of fatty fish. (Y)
